Our state-of-the-art CNC production offers complete flexibility in design, weight and quantity:
- Our CAD/CAM software facilitates simultaneous programming and milling of complex parts in the shortest possible time.
- Our CNC machining can handle the smallest punch inserts, workpieces up to three tons in weight, and everything in between.
- We’re happy to produce individual parts and prototypes, as well as large quantities of serial parts.
- Nine state-of-the-art CNC machining centres (BAZ) with up to 7 axes are available for your CNC milled parts in 2 or 3 shift operation.
Machining parts from up to five sides in our 3 to 5-axis machining centres (BAZ) ensures that the highest degree of precision is achieved. Our multi-tasking machine, the 6-axis turning and milling centre with automated tube feeders ensures economical and reliable production. We employ HSC milling technology in all areas requiring very high levels of machining capacity and surface quality; in particular, in toolmaking and mould-making. HSC milling can even mill thin-walled CNC work pieces.
